Chocolate Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups icing (confectioner’s) sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
Directions:
Place whipping cream in bowl and whip with electric beaters or in a stand mixer. Add the vanilla and ¼ cup icing sugar. Continue to beat until soft peaks form.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese on medium for 2 minutes, scraping down sides, and then add the cocoa powder and remaining 1 cup of icing sugar. Beat until well combined and then increase speed to medium-high, scrapping down sides, until mixture is light and fluffy. Add the whipped cream mixture and beat until smooth and combined.
Transfer dip to a serving bowl and serve with strawberries, or favorite fruit of your choice. Enjoy!
