Lavender Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender
- 2 cups boiling water
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (5 lemons)
- 1 cup concentrated lemon juice
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 tsp lavender syrup (I ordered from Amazon)
- 1 lemon, thinly slice for garnish
- 2 drops of purple food dye
- Ice
Directions:
In small bowl, combine lavender and sugar.
Carefully pour boiled water into juice container, add lavender sugar and stir until sugar dissolves, add freshly squeezed lemon juice and concentrated lemon juice, add cold water, lavender syrup, 2 drops of purple food dye, then garnish with thinly sliced lemon. Add ice, and enjoy!
