Rice Krispie Valentine Lollipops

In large pot on stove melt butter and then stir in mini marshmallows. Continue stirring until combined and mixture is smooth. Add red food coloring and mix well. Remove from stove and add rice krispies. Pour mixture onto 9 x 13 cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Butter palms and press mixture into rectangle. Once mixture has cooled slightly, cut out heart shapes with cookie cutter and set aside. Place vanilla candy melts or white chocolate chips in microwavable bowl and melt in microwave. Ice rice krispie hearts with melted vanilla candy or white chocolate. Place candy sprinkles on plate and press iced side of rice krispie hearts into sprinkles. Insert lollipop sticks into bottom of each heart, then leave in fridge for at least two hours to set.
