No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- Graham Cracker Pie Crust (I used store bought so I didn’t have to turn the oven on)
- 2 8oz packages of cream cheese
- 1 can eagle brand
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ½ pint strawberries, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup strawberry jam, warmed to drizzle
Directions:
Thaw pie crust.
Beat cream cheese, eagle brand, and lemon juice until smooth. (If you’re making Berry Cheesecake Pavlova too, set aside enough filling to fill shells, about 1 tsp for each shell).
Decorate with sliced strawberries.
Warm strawberry jam in microwave to drizzling consistency.
Drizzle over strawberries.
Place in fridge for a couple hours, then serve. Enjoy!
