Valentine Popcorn
- 7 cups popcorn-pop as directed or buy bag of pre-popped popcorn
- 1 bag mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup candy sprinkles
In large pot on stove melt butter and then stir in mini marshmallows. Continue stirring until combined and mixture is smooth. Add white chocolate chips and mix well. Remove from heat and add popcorn, stir until evenly coated. Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle on half of candy sprinkles. Butter palms and form into balls, then add additional sprinkles.
