Sex in a Pan
Serves 10-12
Crust:
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 6 Tbsps white sugar
- 1 cup butter (melted)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Cream Cheese Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup cool whip
Vanilla Pudding Layer:
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding (6 serving size)
- 2 cups whole milk
Chocolate Pudding Layer:
- 1 pkg instant chocolate pudding (6 serving size)
- 2 cups whole milk
Topping:
- 2 cups cool whip
- 1 milk chocolate bar for grating (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease 9x13 baking dish with butter or use cooking spray.
In medium bowl, mix crust ingredients together and then press in prepared baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until browned at edges.
Prepare vanilla pudding as directed but use 2 cups of milk instead of 3.
Prepare chocolate pudding as directed but use 2 cups of milk instead of 3.
In medium bowl, blend cream cheese, icing sugar, and cup of cool whip until light and fluffy.
Let crust cool and then spread cream mixture over it evenly. Spread vanilla pudding over cream cheese layer, and then carefully spread chocolate pudding over vanilla pudding. Spread cool whip as last layer and then grate milk chocolate bar over top if desired.
Refrigerate 4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
