
Whipped Shortbread
Ingredients:
- 1 lb butter, softened
- 1 cup icing sugar
- ½ cup corn starch
- 3 cups flour
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325
Cream butter and icing sugar—add vanilla and mix well.
Add flour and corn starch. Whip with electric mixer until consistency of whipped cream.
Drop from spoon onto parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Decorate before baking with candied cherries, nuts, or sprinkles.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven, cool. Enjoy!
